A participatory project
The Mini-zine library set up its first Mini-museum in collaboration with Alice Cantallupi at the Blickfelder Festival de Kunst, 2022. In this participatory art project, we explored our personal histories through objects and the stories they carry- moms old swimming medal, grandmothers brooch, a shell picked up on a beach in spain- and how these diverse stories interact to create community and culture – and all the time a ‚red thread’ that passes through all these narratives and binds us together. We spent the whole month of May working with the amazing staff and students of Gesamtschule Unterstrass. Other than the actual on-site installation , we also conducted several workshops for the public during the festival. The project included a publication (designed by Carolina Cerbaro) and distributed to every single participant.
